Andrew's New Playground & Stroller

We walked all over the place during the Mountain Buggy debut. I love it! We can now hop curbs with ease. When we went food shopping the basket was ample. Andrew has a much better view of the world and was captivated the whole time. The only difficulties encountered were my getting familiar with his warm/cold comfort levels. Like his mom, he gets hot easily and became fussy when in the supermarket. I took off his jacket and then he was fine. We later walked to the open house at the new WGBH building and most of the time he was upset. I couldn't blame him though- Guest St. was like a wind tunnel and there was loud music playing. I took him out to comfort him a bit when indoors. After settling down then strolling around, he was upset again as soon as we went outside. We didn't make it to the children's tent! Oh well- The photo below was taken at the end of our walk/his was still grouchy.

Check out the crazy new structures for him to climb on (hehe Mom too;;;).
There's so much metal in this photo you can't make out the swings (far back) which include 2 bucket swings for little ones. It's a very "contemporary" playground; I've never seen one like it! For those unfamiliar, this is pretty much in our back yard (accessed by walking around the block). Beyond the playground is the newly seeded field, improved ball field and paved track (I believe larger than 1/4 mile) encompassing it. The playground is near completion. When we got back, Daddy warmed his hands while I warmed his feet. Geez, he was cold!
Afterwards we practiced rolling.
